Weekly standing rides − 10%
Four or more recurring rides in a month — typical for dialysis, chemo, PT, or wound care. Discount auto-applies from ride four onward.
Family packages − 15%
Two to five rides in a calendar month for the same household. No enrollment required — we apply it automatically when the billing address matches.

Questions We Get Most Often.
Is there a minimum charge for very short rides?
Every ride is quoted individually, including very short ones. A ride under a mile is quoted with the same care as a long one because the driver commits to your full pickup window. Your coordinator confirms the exact price before anything is booked.
Do you charge extra for evenings or weekends?
No. Unlike rideshares, we don't use surge or demand pricing. A 2 AM dialysis pickup costs the same as 2 PM.
What about tolls, parking, or airport fees?
Pass-through at actual cost and shown as a separate line on your quote. We don't mark them up.
When is the card charged?
An authorization (not a charge) is placed at booking confirmation. The actual charge happens within 24 hours of ride completion, based on the confirmed final total. If the ride runs shorter than quoted, we adjust down.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancellations more than 4 hours before the scheduled pickup are free. Within 4 hours, a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the ride applies. No-shows are billed in full. Medical emergencies (new hospitalization, for example) are reviewed case-by-case and typically waived.
Do you offer payment plans for long-distance or stretcher rides?
For stretcher and multi-thousand-dollar interstate transfers, we accept a 50/50 split — half at confirmation, half at completion. Contact dispatch to arrange.
