How quickly will my ride be confirmed?
Typically within 2 hours. You receive an email with driver name, vehicle model, license plate, and a direct dispatcher line. Same-day rides are often available in major metros.
Do I need to pay upfront?
No. Submitting a request is free and there is no payment at that stage. A coordinator calls you with a personalized quote. Once you accept and the ride is confirmed, we place a card authorization, and the charge is processed within 24 hours after the ride is completed.
Can I book for a family member?
Yes — select "Booking for someone else" in Step 3 of the form. All communications go to you; the passenger just needs to be ready for pickup.
