Do you meet patients at the gate or at the curb?
Both are possible. For curbside pickup the driver tracks your flight and is waiting at arrivals. For gate assistance we coordinate with the airline's special-assistance desk so an airport wheelchair attendant brings the patient to a meeting point where our driver takes over.
Can you transport a patient who cannot sit up from the airport?
Yes. Stretcher vehicles are available for airport pickups when a patient has flown on a medical flight or an airline stretcher service. Tell us the arrival details and we coordinate with the flight crew's handoff.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track the flight number, so a delay changes the pickup time automatically. You are not charged for waiting caused by the airline, and dispatch confirms the new time with you by phone or text.
Do you handle both ends of the trip, home to airport and airport to hospital?
Yes. Most airport medical rides are booked as a pair: home to the departure airport, then arrival airport to the hospital, hotel or clinic. We can also arrange the return trip after treatment, in any state.
Can a family member ride along to the airport?
Yes. One companion rides free on every trip, and we can accommodate additional family members in an SUV or van when you tell us in advance.
How much does airport medical transportation cost?
